Tell Me If I Won

Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 31, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how GoThriveAI LLC, doing business as TellMeIfIWon ("we," "us," "our"), collects, uses, and protects information when you use our service.

1. Information we collect

  • Account information: name, email address, ZIP code, and age range.
  • Ticket information: the game, draw date, numbers, and the results we calculate for each ticket you save, and how many tickets you check each month.
  • Notification settings: your notification preferences, and — if you turn on push notifications — the technical information your device gives us so we can deliver a notification to it, along with basic information about your browser and device type.
  • Account activity: sign-in events and actions you take in the app.
  • Payment status: whether your subscription is active and when it renews. Payments are handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your card details.
  • Technical information collected automatically when you use the public ticket-scanning page, including your IP address and browser characteristics, used for bot and abuse protection.

We do not store your ticket photographs. See Section 2.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to check your tickets against official results, send you win and loss notifications, operate, secure and improve the service, process subscription payments, and respond to support requests.

Reading your ticket. When you photograph a ticket, the image is transmitted to a third-party artificial-intelligence service that extracts the numbers from it. That extraction is automated. We do not store the photograph, and no copy of it is saved to your account or attached to your ticket — the confirmed ticket record you review and save is what we keep. Because extraction is automated it can be wrong, which is why we ask you to check the numbers against your physical ticket before saving it.

3. Data retention and deletion

We retain your information while your account is active.

When you delete your account, we hold your data for 30 days in case you change your mind. During that window you can restore it: sign in, and the app will take you to a restore screen where you confirm that you want your account back. Restoring your account does not restore a cancelled subscription — you would subscribe again as normal.

After 30 days, your account and data are permanently deleted. We retain a minimal internal record that a deletion occurred, for legal and operational compliance. It is not linked to a usable account.

If you turn off push notifications, the subscription record for that device is deleted immediately. All push subscription records are deleted when your account is deleted.

4. Third-party service providers

We rely on third-party service providers to operate TellMeIfIWon. They fall into these categories:

  • Cloud hosting, database and authentication — storing your account and ticket data and signing you in.
  • Application platform and deployment — running the app itself.
  • Automated image extraction — an artificial-intelligence service that reads the numbers from a ticket photograph, as described in Section 2.
  • Payment processing — handling subscriptions and card details.
  • Email delivery — sending your notifications and account emails.
  • Bot and abuse protection — protecting the public ticket-scanning page. This provider processes your IP address and browser characteristics.
  • Official lottery results data — sourcing the draw results we check your tickets against.
  • Push notification delivery — notifications are delivered through your browser or device vendor's push service.
  • Contact form relay — if you submit a question through our Help & FAQ page, a third-party form service delivers your name, email, category, and message to us.

These providers process information only as needed to deliver the service. We do not sell or share your personal information.

5. Notifications

We send you notifications about your tickets and your account. Some messages are transactional — account, security and billing notices — and are sent regardless of your notification settings, because they are necessary to operate your account. You can control result notifications, and turn push notifications on or off for each device, from Settings.

6. Your privacy choices and rights

You can access, correct and delete the information associated with your account, and adjust the notifications you receive, from the Settings page in the app. Deleting your account deletes your data, subject to the 30-day window described in Section 3.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law, including the right to know what personal information we hold, to request its deletion or correction, to obtain a copy of it, and not to be treated differently for exercising any of these rights. We honor these requests regardless of where you live. Contact us using the details in Section 11.

7. Children

TellMeIfIWon is intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

8. Security

We take security seriously. Connections between your device and our servers are encrypted (HTTPS), your data is encrypted at rest, and database-level access controls ensure your data is only ever accessible to your own account. Our hosting and database providers maintain independent, third-party security certifications, including SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001. Payment processing is handled entirely by a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor — the highest level of certification in the payments industry — so we never see or store your card details ourselves. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. If something goes wrong

If we become aware of a security incident affecting your personal information, we will notify you and any required authorities as the law requires, without undue delay.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. For material changes we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email or in-app notice.

11. Contact

Questions about this policy can be submitted through our Help & FAQ page.
