Tell Me If I Won

Terms of Service

Last updated: August 31, 2026

By creating an account or using TellMeIfIWon, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and GoThriveAI LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company doing business as TellMeIfIWon ("TellMeIfIWon," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.

TellMeIfIWon is an independent checking tool for lottery tickets purchased elsewhere. We do not sell tickets, accept wagers, or pay prizes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use TellMeIfIWon. You confirm your age when you create an account. You may not use the service if you are excluded from lottery play in your jurisdiction.

3. Subscription and billing

TellMeIfIWon is offered as a paid subscription, billed through Stripe, a third-party payment processing provider, after a free trial period. Current pricing is available on our Home page.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period — monthly or annual, depending on the plan you choose — and continue until you cancel. The price, billing cadence and the date of your next renewal are shown to you before you subscribe and at any time afterwards in Settings.

You may cancel at any time from Settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not offer refunds for periods already paid, except where required by law.

4. Accuracy

We check every ticket against official lottery data sources, but we can't guarantee those results are always complete or error-free. A result may occasionally be wrong in either direction. TellMeIfIWon is provided "as is," without additional warranties.

A result from TellMeIfIWon is not an official determination of whether a ticket has won. Only the issuing state lottery can make that determination.

5. Claim deadlines

Lottery prizes have strict expiration dates set by each state lottery. TellMeIfIWon is not responsible for missed claim deadlines. It is your responsibility to claim any winning ticket within the time limits set by the issuing lottery.

6. No affiliation

TellMeIfIWon is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Multi-State Lottery Association (MUSL), Scientific Games, any state lottery commission, or any lottery operator.

7. Prohibited use

You may not use the service unlawfully, scrape or reverse-engineer it, or share your account with others.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TellMeIfIWon's total liability for any claim relating to the service — including claims related to the accuracy of results, a missed prize, or a ticket discarded based on our results — is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including the value of any unclaimed or lost prize.

9. Dispute resolution, arbitration, and class-action waiver

Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights, including your right to file a lawsuit in court and to participate in a class action.

Informal resolution first. Before starting arbitration, you agree to contact us and give us 30 days to resolve the dispute informally. Most issues can be settled this way.

Agreement to arbitrate. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you and TellMeIfIWon agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or to your use of the service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except as stated below.

Exceptions. Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court if it qualifies. Either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property rights.

How arbitration works. The arbitration will be conducted by a single neutral arbitrator under generally recognized consumer arbitration procedures, and will take place in the county where you live, or remotely, at your choice. If you and TellMeIfIWon cannot agree on an arbitration organization or arbitrator within a reasonable time after a dispute arises, either party may ask a court to appoint one under Section 5 of the Federal Arbitration Act (9 U.S.C. § 5), which exists for exactly this situation. The arbitrator may award the same individual relief a court could.

CLASS-ACTION WAIVER. You and TellMeIfIWon agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not preside over any form of representative or class proceeding. If this paragraph is found unenforceable, the entirety of this Section 9 is void.

Your right to opt out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending us written notice within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms and will not affect your access to the service.

Survival. This section survives termination of your account and of these Terms.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GoThriveAI LLC and its officers, members, and agents from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

11. Service availability and force majeure

We do not guarantee that the service will be available without interruption. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of it, and we may do so without notice where circumstances require.

We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages or changes at our hosting, data, payment, or notification providers, changes to official lottery data feeds or their availability, network failures, or acts of government.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email or in-app notice, and we may ask you to accept the updated Terms before continuing to use the service. Your continued use after the notice period means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

14. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These Terms bind and benefit any permitted successors.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if it cannot be modified, severed. The remaining provisions stay in full force. The class-action waiver in Section 9 is an exception, and is governed by the terms of that section.

16. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and TellMeIfIWon regarding the service, and replace any prior agreements or understandings. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

17. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Subject to Section 9, you and TellMeIfIWon agree that any claim not subject to arbitration will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee, and both parties consent to personal jurisdiction there.
